- Anyone may use this software as a demo (with the limited
functionality). If you want to use the full version of
program you MUST REGISTER IT.

- The Eviosoft FLAC Converter trial version (demo version)
may be freely distributed, if the distribution file is
not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for
the distribution of Eviosoft FLAC Converter without written
permission from the copyright holder.

- Eviosoft FLAC Converter IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN
RISK.THE AUTHORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES,
LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR
MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
